Ashland, KY – Kentucky Hall of Fame Café and Ashland Town Center announced it will open a new location. The new store should open in the early fall and be located at the front of the mall near Visionworks.
Kentucky Hall of Fame Café is a sports themed restaurant that will celebrate Kentucky’s heritage through food, decor and sports. The menu will range from a large selection of appetizers, hand crafted traditional and flatbread pizzas, fresh made to order salads, caramelized salmon and hand cut steaks.
“We are thankful and excited to become part of the Ashland community and look forward to creating great food and memories for Ashland and the surrounding areas,” stated Steven Vance, Area Supervisor for Hall of Fame Café’s.
The menu is versatile with fresh, hand-pattied, hormone free burgers made from their own private blend of short rib, brisket and chuck. Also offered will be several unique sandwiches such as the all natural rotisserie chicken sandwich topped with roasted red peppers, melted provolone cheese, spring mix and homemade chipotle mayo served on a whole wheat bun and topped with freshly sliced avocado.
“The bar area will feature 20 different craft and domestic beers on tap along with over 30 big screen TV’s to watch the big game on,” stated Vance.
“We are excited about the addition of Kentucky Hall of Fame Café to Ashland Town Center. Their investment into the new location will be a great asset to the mall and the community,” said Michelle Adkins, General Manager of Ashland Town Center. “We look forward to working with the management staff and their associates,” stated Adkins.
