• Community of Christ 2237 Russell Avenue West Portsmouth will celebrate Youth Ministries Day and Transfiguration Sunday at their 10:30 AM Morning Worship Service on Sunday February 10. Elder Vicki Crabtree will develop the weekly theme of “Listen to Jesus” with Teacher Luanne Day providing music for the service. The older youth of the branch will begin a 6-week study course of the books “Courageous Witness” and “Face Your Fears” during their 10:30 AM Children’s Church time. This is also “Subway Sunday” when the saints meet at West Portsmouth Subway around 9:30 AM for fellowship before Morning Worship. Deacon Junior Shy will be presenting his talent by playing the dulcimer at the Southern Ohio Community of Christ Cluster “Songfest” being held at Lucasville Branch on Sunday afternoon.

• Pleasant Valley Community of Christ, 723 Sedan Crabtree Road, Lucasville will be holding services on Sunday, Jan. 20 with Barb Carter, delivering the morning message base around the theme of “Listen to Jesus.” Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m. with morning worship starting at 10:30 a.m.
