• Portsmouth First Church of the Nazarene, located at Third and Brown Streets in Portsmouth, will have services on Sunday, December 30, starting at 10 a.m. with Donuts, Coffee, Juice and Milk are served in the Fellowship Hall. Sunday, December 30, 10:30 a.m. - Morning Worship with a concert by the East to West Trio. An interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is available at all services. • McDermott Community of Christ will have Church School at 9:30am on Sunday with morning worship by Nancy Crabtree, followed by classes. The 10:45 worship will be a Prayer Service, with Pastor Edward Cable presiding. Children’s ministry will be by Sandy Cable. Barbara Koch will be pianist for the service, and ministry of music will be provided by Wanda Joslin. Prayer meeting will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30pm, and a free lunch is served every Thursday from 11am to one pm at the church.

• The First Church of Christ, 1224 Dogwood Ridge Road, Wheelersburg, will host the the Ffith Sunday Singspiration at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30. Talent from several area churches will honor the Lord in song. There will be refreshments served following the service. Everyone is invited to attend the singspiration.
