The Second Presbyterian Church Women’s Association will sponsor the annual Election Day Luncheon on November 6 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the church’s lower level dining room.
?A new luncheon menu this year will feature chicken and noodles, green beans, cranberry gelatin salad, roll and beverage. Dessert will be apple crisp or pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing.
Tickets are priced at $7 per person and may be obtained by calling Mikel Stone at (740) 464-8278 or the church office at 353-4159. The church is located at 8th and Waller Streets. Luncheon guests may enter by the 8th Street entrance or by a rear handicapped ramp. The church dining room is handicapped accessible and carry outs will be available.
The Election Day Luncheon is the major yearly fundraiser for the Second Presbyterian Women’s Association and proceeds will support a variety of missions.
