Local Students among Fall Graduates at EKU

Eastern Kentucky University recognized 1,068 graduates at the conclusion of the Fall 2012 semester.

The graduates were honored at commencement ceremonies Dec. 15.

Local EKU graduates include:

• Michael Wayne Turner, South Shore, BS in Correctional & Juv Jus Studies and CERTUs in COR Intervention Stra and Youth Services

• Ryan J Callihan, Friendship, MS in Safety/Security/Emer Mgt

• Derek Von Patterson, South Webster, BS in Homeland Security

• Jared Matthew Payne, Winchester, Cum Laude BS in Criminal Justice

The new degree holders join more than 137,000 Eastern alumni in Kentucky and across the United States and world.
