A representative of the United Scioto Senior Activities, Inc., Scioto County Multipurpose Senior Center will be at Minford Shopwise, 8348 State Route 335, Minford on Wednesday, Nov. 28 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. to take applications for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Applicants should bring proof of income and social security numbers for all household member, as well as the last paid fuel and electric bills.
