• McDermott Community of Christ Church School begins at 9:30am with morning worship by Mike and Linda Orin, followed by classes. The worship service begins at 10:45am with Mick Gillette giving the morning sermon. Wanda Joslin will be presiding. Ministry of music will be provided by Jeremy Miller and Barbara Koch will be pianist for the service. Annette Miller will have the Children’s Ministry. Prayer meeting will be Wednesday at 7pm with Pete Coburn presiding. A free lunch is provided every Thursday at the church from 11am to 1pm.

• Christ Brethren Church 5877 St. Rt. 139 will be holding services on Sunday November 11 starting with morning services at 9:30 a.m. Sunday evening services at 7:00 p.m. A Wednesday evening service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Bob Davis Pastor.

• The Evangelical United Church of Christ invites you to join us this Sunday, November 11th for our weekly service. At 10am, Rev.Tom Williams will be presenting a message entitled “Blessed Are the Peacemakers”. Please join us! 701 5th Street, Portsmouth.

• The South Shore First Church of the Nazarene, 356 S.M. Roberson Drive, South Shore will hold a Community Thanksgiving Dinner service on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 10:45 p.m. After the morning worship service there will be a turkey dinner with trimmings.

• Community of Christ 2237 Russell Avenue West Portsmouth will share in the ministry of Elder Jeannette Rachford from Pleasant Valley Community of Christ at their 10:30 AM Morning Worship Service on Sunday November 11. Deacon Vicki Allen will develop the weekly theme of “Give Your All” with Priest Carol McGraw providing music for the service and Children’s Church also beginning at 10:30 AM. November 11 is Subway Sunday for any saint who would like to meet at Subway in West Portsmouth around 9:30 AM for fellowship before Morning Worship.
