Scioto County Board of Developmental Disabilities Superintendent James Krumer was recently recognized for his efforts while serving as superintendent at the Southwest Ohio Developmental Center. The Department of Developmental Disabilities Division of Residential Resources presented Krumer with a glass prism in honor of his achievements.
