• A Gospel Singing will be held July 27, starting at 7:00 p.m. Friday night at the Church of Christ meeting at 1423 Grant and Summit Streets, Portsmouth Ohio 45662. This will be on a rotating basis between the locations of the Church of Christ worshipping at Camp Street in Friendship and Grant and Summit Streets in Portsmouth.

• Christ Brethren Church 5877 St. Rt. 139 will be holding services on Sunday July 29 starting with morning services at 9:30 a.m. Sunday evening services at 7:00 p.m. Bob Davis Pastor.

• Pleasant Valley Community of Christ, will hold services on Sunday July 29th with newly ordained elder Bob Rickman delivering the morning message on the theme of Come and Be Fed. Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m. with morning worship starting at 10:30 a.m. The church is located at 723 Sedan Crabtree Road in Lucasville.

• North Moreland Christian Baptist Church, the We Care Ladies at North Moreland Christian Baptist Church will be having a yard sale on August 3rd and August 4th. • McDermott Community of Christ, will have church school Sunday at 9:30 am with Priest Wanda Joslin leading the Church School Worship. A prayer service will follow at 10:45am with the pastor, Elder Edward Cable, presiding. Priest Rhonda Morkassel will provide the ministry of music and Barbara Koch will be pianist for the service.

• Spy Run House Of Prayer will be have home coming on August 5th at 10:00 with the Boggs family and Preaching by brother Jeff bond. The church is located on the AA Highway West from Garrison, KY about mile and a half. For more information call 606 541 1564 Dinner around noon please bring a cover dish.

• Clothing give-away at New Boston Nazarene will be Friday, July 28 from 9-11 AM at the church located at 3962 Rhodes Avenue next to the New Boston Community Center. There will be clothing in all sizes for the family. No proof of income is needed. Clothing is free and not to be resold. Please enter the fellowship hall by the side entrance on Center street next to the apartments. Please bring your own bags to take clothing home.

• Members and friends of the First Church of Christ, 1224 Dogwood Ridge Road, Wheelersburg, will attend the Singspiration at 6 p.m. Sunday, July 29, at Carey’s Run Church of Christ, 1560 Careys Run Pond Creek, West Portsmouth. Those who would like to carpool should meet at the First Church at 5 p.m. Sunday, July 29.

The Ladies Praise, Prayer, Bible Study will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, at the annex of the First Church of Christ, 1224 Dogwood Ridge Road, Wheelersburg. Randy Wickham, minister, will give a devotion at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at River Bend House in Wheelersburg. • Bethany Missionary Baptist Church, 8091 St. Rt. 104, McDermott, will hold their Fifth Sunday Hymn Sing on Sunday, July 29. Sunday School at 10:00 AM, Morning Worship at 11:00 AM followed by lunch. The gospel singing will begin about 1:30 as soon as lunch is completed. The Heritage Trio from Lexington, KY will be the featured artists.The occasion also marks the first year anniversary of Bro. • The Evangelical United Church of Christ invites you to join us this Sunday, July 29th, for our weekly service. At 10am, Rev. Tom Williams will be presenting a message entitled “The Bread of Life”.The church is located at 701 5th Street, Portsmouth.

• Community of Christ 2237 Russell Avenue West Portsmouth will welcome the Cable Family from McDermott Community of Christ as they share their ministry at the 10:30 AM Morning Worship Service on Sunday July 29. “Come and Be Fed” will be the theme developed by Priest Vicki Bloomfield for the service. Emily Gillette will be in charge of music throughout the service and Children’s Church will also begin at 10:30 AM.
