Cecilia Morris, as well as other members of the ‘Down by the River Quilt Guild,’ will be offering an opportunity for patrons to come and learn about the role quilts played in the Civil War, the symbolism of various quilt patterns, and even view several reproduction Civil War Era Quilts.
