The Second Annual Costume Swap event to be held by the Salvation Army on Saturday, October 13, 2012. This swap is for children ages birth to 12years old. Participants will bring in a gently-used costume starting October 8th - 12th to the Salvation Army Portsmouth Corps at 1001 9th Street, Portsmouth, during normal business hours and on Saturday October 13th between 11-12pm also at the Salvation Army, and will then receive a swap ticket. They will then come back between 12-2pm to the Salvation Army on the 13th to use their swap ticket as payment for a different gently-used costume. This is all FREE. We will also be giving away a free Halloween make-up or accessory with every swap (while supplies last) and will be having a Halloween blanket raffle, tickets $1.
