The Portsmouth Kiwanis Aktion Club (also known as the Scioto County Board of DD !MPACT team) participated in the Salvation Army's annual bell ringing at the Portsmouth Kroger, Nov. 18. The group volunteers at various locations around Scioto County in order to give back to the community and averages more than 200 hours of volunteer work per month. Ringing the bell are, from left, Jeremy Call, Sandy Adkins, Tony Fisher, Tony Mills, Chuck Lansing and Advisor K. C. Chatfield.
