Scioto County

U.S. 52 is now open to two lanes of traffic in each direction between the S.R. 239 interchange and the Scioto River bridges at the Portsmouth corporation limit following the first phase of a major rehabilitation project. While the project has been suspended for the cold-weather months, work will resume in the spring when contractors return to the site to complete paving operations. (#12-3008)

U.S. 23 South is reduced to one, 12-foot lane (southbound direction only) at the Portsmouth corporation limit for a slip repair. The project site is located between Selma/Richard Street and Lowry Hollow Road. Northbound traffic should not be affected by this project, and all work is scheduled to be completed by early summer 2014. (#13-0547)
