McNeilan Graduates from the University at Albany

James McNeilan of Seaman OH recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University at Albany.


More than 3,100 students participated in the University at Albany’s 169th commencement ceremonies May 17-19. An estimated 2,250 undergraduates and 850 graduate students earned degrees.
